PAYPAL: Error while adding additional email to the paypal account

Recently there are many users complaining regarding adding additional email to the PayPal account. Error or account is highly restricted are the issues shown while adding the email.






Solution


In order to add another email address, you will have to complete the identity verification.

Please confirm the identity verification, paypal team would take 3-5 business days to complete the review

Once the verification is completed, you'll be able to add the email address

In order to receive payment domestically and internationally, you'll have to complete the KYC verification

Once you submit the details, the concerned team will take 3-5 business days to verify the document, once the limitation is lifted, we will notify through email

Note: When you receive a payment for the first time, you'll need to click the "Accept" button on your PayPal account. Simply find the payment on your Activity page, and click Accept next to it.

I would also like to inform you that peer to peer transaction is not applicable for Indian Account If you need to receive funds for goods and services you can also upgrade your account to business account.

Here's how to upgrade from a Personal account to a Business account:
1.Log into your PayPal account.
2.Click the Settings icon near the top right corner of the page.
3.Under "Account options," click Upgrade to a business account.
4.Follow the instructions on the screen.

Due to India’s regulations, your PayPal balance will be automatically withdrawn to your confirmed bank account daily. If you have more than one bank accounts added to your PayPal account, you can select your preferred bank account for the automatic withdrawal purpose.

•Withdrawals may take up to 5 -7 business days to show in your bank account, depending on your bank's clearing process.

•If the withdrawal fails due to incorrect bank information, your funds will return to your PayPal account (a withdrawal return fee of 295 INR may apply in this case).

•After you requested a withdrawal, it cannot be canceled.
